I’ve received an email or SMS reminder about an unpaid toll notice. Is this a scam?

No this is not a scam. If you travel on a toll road without a valid toll account or pass, a toll notice requesting payment for your trip plus additional admin fees is posted to the registered owner of that vehicle. If the first toll notice goes unpaid, you'll be be posted a final toll notice, with an additional fee.

If your toll notice or final toll notice isn't paid by the due date, you'll receive an email from the list of senders below or SMS from 'Overdue toll notice' about your overdue toll notice payment.
