I have a Linkt account but received a WestConnex toll notice
If you have a Linkt account but have received a toll notice for travel on WestConnex, it could be for the following reasons:
- Your account is suspended. Log in to your account to check your status. Find out how to reactivate a suspended account.
- Your tag is faulty and the vehicle on the toll notice is not registered to your account. Take the tag health check to see if your tag is working correctly.
- Your vehicle registration details are incorrect. Go to 'Vehicles' in your account and ensure your information is entered correctly.
- You opened your account after travelling on WestConnex. Your new account may not automatically cover your past travel on WestConnex, but you can transfer your WestConnex toll notice to your Linkt account to save on toll notice admin fees. Find out which roads you can cover your travel for after you have used them.
