I can't transfer my WestConnex toll notice because I don't have a tag number
Some Linkt customers are unable to transfer their WestConnex toll notices to their Linkt account using the myE-Toll website. This is because the website asks you to enter a tag number. You will not have a tag number issued if:
- You have a Tagless account; or
- You have opened a Tag account very recently – usually within the last 7 days. It takes a few days for a tag number to be assigned.
