How do I add a vehicle on a commercial account?

If you need to add more than 20 vehicles to your account, send us an email at commercialsyd@linkt.com.au and we’ll help you out.

Otherwise you can add vehicles online by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select Vehicles
  3. Select Add vehicle
  4. Enter the vehicle's licence plate number, state of registration, make, model and fleet ID (if applicable)
  5. Check that the right vehicle class appears beside your vehicle (in some cases you may need to manually enter the correct vehicle class)
  6. If you used the vehicle to travel on a toll road in the last three days, you can backdate* the vehicle's start date to cover these trips
  7. To add another vehicle, click Add another vehicle or select Save and add vehicles to complete the process

It’s worth noting that newly-added vehicles are not automatically provided with a new tag. A no tag in vehicle fee will apply for each trip the newly-added vehicle makes without a tag.

If you would like your vehicle to have it’s own tag, you’ll need to order a new one or allocate an existing tag to the vehicle.

*In NSW you can backdate your Tag, Tagless or Commercial account up to 7 days to cover travel on Eastern Distributor, Hills M2, Lane Cove Tunnel, WestConnex M4 and Westlink M7. If you’ve travelled on Cross City Tunnel, Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel or M5 South-West Motorway backdating is not available.
