I got a trip that's not mine in the LinktGO app.
LinktGO puts you in control of your toll payments. There might be instances when you get a trip notification that you don't believe you should pay for - for example, you were in someone else's car, in an Uber or taxi, on the bus, or driving a different car (like a work vehicle).
If this happens, you can choose Not your trip? and select a reason to reject payment of the trip. The trip will move to Past Trips as Rejected.
We'll then check the rejected trip against toll point data. If the toll point data confirms that the trip is indeed not yours, your rejection will be accepted.
If toll point data shows that the trip is actually yours - i.e., was taken by the vehicle registered in your app - we'll send you a notification to pay for the trip.
To reject a trip, tap the three dots in the top right corner of the trip itself and select Not your trip?
