What happens if I don't pay for my LinktGO trips?
LinktGO is designed to help you stay up to date with payments by sending payment reminders. If payment isn't made by the time we send our last reminder, we'll attempt to take payment on your default card. If this fails, we'll send further communication to let you know next steps. Your app will become blocked and your toll travel will no longer be tracked. You'll need to make alternate arrangements to avoid getting a toll invoice or notice which have added fees.
If payment hasn't been made by the time we send our last message, we may refer collection of your outstanding payment to a third party.
