How to report a tag as lost
You can report a lost tag online. A replacement tag can be ordered online.
Follow these steps to report a lost tag:
- Log in to your account and select Tags.
- Find the tag record that applies to your lost tag.
- Select Report issue and follow the prompts.
You'll then be taken through the steps to order a replacement tag. The cost of the new tag will appear on your next invoice.
It can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your replacement tag from the day you placed the order.
