How can I update my payment details?

You can easily update your credit card or direct debit payment details online or using the Linkt app by following these steps:

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Log in to your account

  2. Select Payment details from the menu, or from the My account screen you can click the Edit automatic payments or Set up auto payments button

  3. Enter your updated payment details. You can make the following changes:

    Auto top-up

    - Set a top-up amount
    - Choose a top-up trigger amount

    Manual top-up
    - Set a low balance alert

    Switch from credit/debit card payment to bank account direct debit payments
  4. Select Update to save

  1. Open the Linkt app.

  2. Tap Manage auto top-up or Set auto top-up, depending on what you want to do.

  3. Enter your auto top-up and trigger amounts, or set a low balance warning if you're on manual payment.

  4. Tap Next and choose a payment method (Direct debit from a bank account or credit/debit card).  Enter your payment details.

  5. Tap Save.

Tags make different sounds depending on the status of your Linkt account. Your tag may change its sound to warn you of a problem with your account.
