Incorrect email address SMS message from Linkt
To make sure we're communicating with you in a timely manner, we send most important account-related notifications by email and SMS. If the contact details (email address and mobile phone number) on your account are complete and up-to-date, in most instances we'll automatically send you these alerts by email.
If we think your email address is incorrect or out of date, you may receive one of the following SMS messages:
"Hi, the email on account <ACCOUNT_NO> is invalid. Please visit https://my.linkt.com.au/... to update your details. Thanks, the Linkt team"
"Hi, we tried to contact you about your account <ACCOUNT_NO>, but your email is invalid. Please update your details at https://my.linkt.com.au/..."
"Hi, the email <YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS> on account <ACCOUNT_NO> is invalid. Please update your details at https://my.linkt.com.au/..."
"Hi, we tried to contact you about your account ACCOUNT_NO, but your email address <YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS> is invalid. Please update your details at https://my.linkt.com.au/... Thanks, the Linkt team"
What to do next
Please check and update your contact details to ensure that you receive notifications and updates relating to your account.
To check that your details are correct and up to date, log into your account and select ‘My details’ from the menu.
If you receive an email from Linkt asking you to update your details and you’re not sure it came from us, simply log into your account from the Linkt website or app. Never click on links in an email if you’re not sure where the email came from. Find out more about how to spot a hoax message.
