Low balance

If you're topping up manually, it's important to do so before your balance runs out. If you travel after your balance runs out you may receive a toll invoice and charged additional fees. When your balance is low, your tag will warn you by beeping 3 times whenever you pass through a toll point.

  1. Open the Linkt app.

  2. Select Manage auto top-up.

  3. Select Change.

  4. Tap Manual top up.

  5. Choose your low balance alert level.

  6. Choose whether or not you’d like to receive a push notification when your balance is low.

  7. Tap Save.
