I received a toll invoice even though bought a Melbourne Pass to cover my travel

If you bought a Melbourne Pass within 5 days of travelling on CityLink and you've received a Linkt toll invoice, you can lodge an objection with us and we'll investigate.

To lodge an objection, contact us and provide the information listed below.

You can email your objection using our contact form, or provide details via post to:

Linkt
Locked Bag 28
South Melbourne Vic 3205

You must include:

  1. A copy of the front of the toll invoice or the following details:
    • toll invoice number on the payment slip
    • licence plate number
    • state of vehicle registration
  2. Details explaining the reason for the objection, signed by the lodger

Ensure you lodge your objection as soon as possible to avoid additional fees incurred from the toll invoice. To make sure we get your details in time, ensure you leave at least 7 days before the toll invoice due date if posting.
