What is a low balance alert?

Prepaid accounts must have a positive balance to stay covered for future travel.

When your account balance is low, you'll receive a low balance alert app notification or email, reminding you to top up your account. If you have a tag it will beep 3 times also.

You can set the amount at which you’ll receive these alerts by following these steps:

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Payment details.

  3. Select Manual top-up.

  4. Choose your low balance alert level.

  5. Click Update.

  6. You’ll be prompted to confirm you’re happy with your changes. Select Yes, I’m sure.

  1. Open the Linkt app.

  2. Select Manage auto top-up.

  3. Select Change.

  4. Tap Manual top up.

  5. Choose your low balance alert level.

  6. Choose whether or not you’d like to receive a push notification when your balance is low.

  7. Tap Save.
