My credit card is expiring. What should I do?

You need to update your card by logging into your account online or via the app, otherwise your account may become overdue or overdrawn and you will be charged additional fees.

When a saved payment card is due to expire, we may send you an email, SMS or app notification reminding you to update your card details.

If you receive an email from Linkt asking you to update your details and you’re not sure it came from us, simply log into your account from the Linkt website or app. Never click on links in an email if you’re not sure where the email came from. Find out more about suspicious emails

To update your card

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Payment details.
  3. Enter your new payment card details or update the current card.
  4. Select Update to save your changes.

  1. Select Update Payment Settings.
  2. Choose the card you wish to edit from the Payment methods list.
  3. Update the payment card's details.
  4. Select Save.
