How do I update my payment details?

You can easily update your credit card or direct debit payment details online.

Simply follow these steps:

  • Online
  • Linkt app
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Payment details.

  3. Enter your updated payment details.

  4. Select Update to save.
  1. Open the Linkt app.
  2. Manage Auto Top Up or Set auto top-up, depending on what you want to do.
  3. Enter your auto top-up and trigger amounts, or set a low balance warning if you're on manual payments.
  4. Next and choose a payment method (Direct debit from a bank account or credit/debit card). Update your payment details.
  5. Tap Save.
