What happens if I don't pay my toll invoice or demand notice?

If you don't pay your toll invoice by the due date, a demand notice will be issued to the vehicle’s owner, this will include an additional administration fee.

If you don't pay this notice, the vehicle's owner may receive a fine from the Department of Transport and Main Roads or the Brisbane City Council, or be referred to a debt collection agency. This will include a fine of $186.

Avoid fees and fines by paying your toll notice by the due date. You can pay a toll notice online, by using the Linkt app or in person. View your payment options or refer to your printed toll notice for more information. If you are having difficulty paying your tolls, we may be able to help.
