The new website won’t accept my old account number
If you’re having trouble creating a username with your old account number, make sure you’re entering the full 12 digit number.
Your old account number can be found at the top of your old monthly statements and in statement emails issued before October 2017.
If the number you’re using only has 8 digits, it might be your old customer number. Try adding 0001 to the end.
